MOMMY FLOW

If you’re returning to exercise for the first time post-pregnancy, this program will get you moving safely and comfortably. Work up a sweat with low impact exercises designed just for you. With a focus on gentle core and full-body toning to build your strength back up. This class focuses on strength, posture, core and flexibility that targets your shoulders, arms, core, hips, glutes, and legs. Inspired by a blend of ballet and yoga, while creating stronger bond with your baby. This style class uses the barre method and a variety of equipment.

Woman should be 16 weeks postpartum.
This means your baby is at least 4 months old.
All fitness levels are welcome.
Drop-in: 15€

SWEATY MOM & BABY

Get your heart racing in this dynamic cardio class, while the babies play around the room.
40 min program based on cardio interval training, you exercise at a very intense short period of time, and the breaks are longer periods in between. You will increase an aerobic fitness level while burning fat. Keep pushing your limits and your body has to adapt. Followed by 20 min fitness training that provides a muscular endurance, postnatal specific core work. The babies will be  incorporate in this block using them as a body weight.
