Please be aware that Fly High Flow is not responsible if the client cancels
the booking for any reason, including COVID, flu, illness, injury, travel
issues, pregnancy, or accidents.
In case of illness or cancellation, the client may transfer or resell the
ticket to a friend or family member. The replacement must inform us by
email or WhatsApp that they will attend in your place.
No refunds are available, and tickets cannot be transferred to a future
event.
Please note that the replacement participant must weigh under 95 kg.
