Fitness instructor born in Panama, Anayansi is a trainer based in Mannheim. She is known for her strength and flexibility, and she constantly inspires others with her fitness program and yoga practice.
From an early age, Anayansi was deeply invested in physical fitness — from ballet to swimming to taekwondo and everything in between. Her love for sports translates to practice and teaching style that are both strong and graceful, challenging and grounding.
Determined to help empower others through yoga and fitness training, she began teaching in 2014. Her strong, dynamic flows help cultivate body awareness, empower others to embrace their unique gifts, and give students a deep understanding of their fitness practice.
Anayansi’s mission is to share her passion of sport with you, through sweat, challenge and push yourself.
Her vission is to encourage women to get new experiences and empower them to take risks. She believes there is no need for a special occasion to lose weight or get fit in order to feel like your best self. Her fitness classes by Fly High Flow enables women to radiate their inner beauty and feel empowered by eating healthy and doing sports.
Anayansi is certified in Barre, Vinyasa Power Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Dance Yoga, Bungee, Insanity, Fit4Mom.
