Aerial Yoga for Teens
This aerial yoga class is for pre-teens and teenagers that it will help your children learn and practice aerial yoga poses, using the aerial hammock to lighten up, breathe and explore all that their bodies can do.
During their 60-minute aerial yoga experience, your pre-teens and teens will build strength and confidence, as they will explore a variety of aerial yoga poses and transitions. Class ends with a deep rest in a silk cocoon.
Moms & dads:
In case the mom or dad wants to spend quality time with their child, the parent can purchase an extra tkt and join the workshop.
Important:
- 1 teen per hammock.
- Appropriate for kids 10 – 14.
- 1 parent per hammock, additional costs 25€.
- No prior experience is necessary.
