BUNGEE HIIT WORKOUT
50% Bungee and 50% lift heavier.
Participants will divide their time between Bungee cardio intervals and
floor exercises using dumbbells for strength training.
Sample Schedule:
*Bungee warm up
*Lift heavier: thrusters, air squats, lunges
*HIIT: Bungee is a high-intensity low-impact workout packet with cardio,
flying fun, and lots of bouncing
