Bungee HIIT Workout 17 Jan
50% Bungee cardio and 50% lift heavier.
Participants will split their time between Bungee for cardio intervals and floor exercises with dumbbell for strength training.
Sample Schedule:
* Bungee warm up: cardio
* Lift heavier: thrusters, air squats, lunges
* Bungee HIIT: cardio
