We will train in a high intensity level and push our body to reach our maximum limit!
Together, CrossFit and Bungee are the perfect pair; complementing each other in their differences, while maintaining a similar purpose.
This workshop is a combination of two different sports activities. You have the opportunity to practice Crossfit and Bungee.
Sample Schedule:
* Bungee warm up: cardio
* Work Out of the Day: DL, thrusters, wall walks and air squats
* Bungee HIIT: cardio
* Yoga: cool down

Please, arrive 10 minutes early to set up and prepare. Bring your yoga mat and water.
