Olympic Weightlifting meets Silent Yoga
This workshop is a combination of two really different sports activities. But there are many similarities, then you would expect – strenght, concentration, mobility!
You have the opportunity to learn the basics of olympic weightlifting in the first hour of our workshop with Larissa – a weightlifter, lifting in the German Bundesliga since 2018. From 2012 to 2016 she was part of the German National team in flatwater kayaking.
In the second part of our workshop, Anayansi will introduce you to the Silent Yoga world. This class brings together Vinyasa based yoga and dynamic flow with links breath and Tai Chi movements. We flow to stay awake, to train our mind, to be connected to our body and soul. Be prepared for these 75 min, she will make your every day struggle fade away.
- In the yoga session, every participant will wear a pair of wireless headphones that allows each yogi to control their own volume, being able to listen to the yoga instructor´s voice and music. You will experience an amazing way to practice Yoga with the wireless headsets that will block the noise around you.
- For those of you prefering a workout instead of yoga, Larissa will prepare a nice functional fitness workout focusing on corework.
- After sport, it is smoothie time! We invite you to stay a little longer for a fresh smoothie and a little snack at our lounge bar.
