SILENT DISCO YOGA

What better way than to start your workshop evening practicing yoga and finishing with a glass of sekt?

The silent system headphones allow each participant to control their own volume, being able to listen to the yoga instructor’s voice and music. The yogis can be up to 100 meters away from the teacher and the students will still hear clearly the instructor’s voice.

In this class, we practice the new method that will drive you to the next level. During the class, you move from the classic Vinyasa to Tai Chi movements or Taekwondo kicks or even Ballet motion in slow sequences together with the beat of the music.

You will experience an amazing way to practice Yoga with the wireless headsets that will block the noise around you.

Enjoy a yoga practice and after having the option of staying for sekt and connect to with the community.

DANCE YOGA

Our Dance Yoga class combines Vinyasa Flow Yoga with choreography. The class begins with contemporary dance movements and transitions into Vinyasa-style flow—strong, fluid, and dynamic. You’ll build strength, balance, focus, and mental clarity while moving to the rhythm. You’ll also work up a sweat as you move through the sequence.

Follow the rhythm of the music in your heart through a modern Asana flow!

HOUSE YOGA

A challenging, all-levels class combining breath-based Vinyasa Flow with dumbbell exercises. We’ll combine a dynamic flow with movements that makes emphasis whether it’s core, arms or balance by using 1 kg dumbbells. You’ll be challenged by moving non-stop, but energized by connecting your breath to your movements!

This fun series blends high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with yoga-inspired moves such as Sun Salutations, Downward Dog, Warrior II, Warrior III, Half Bow Pose. This sweat program will push your body in new ways while you enjoy the benefits of high-intensity interval training. Short rest intervals help boost energy, enhance metabolism, and build muscular endurance.

AERIAL YOGA

A mixed-level flow class that blends movement with powerful postures, breath awareness, and fluid transitions.

Experience dynamic movement both on the ground and in the air through guided sequences designed to build strength, activate the lower abs, improve balance, and enhance overall cardiovascular fitness.

Some movements will allow you to invert, while others use the silk as a prop to explore advanced plank variations and more challenging Sun Salutation sequences.
