Our Yoga class is a combination of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and choreography. Strong, flowing and dynamic.
The yogis will build strength and balance, focus, and mental clarity. You’ll also work up a sweat as you move through the sequence.
Fly High Flow will provide the yogis a pair of wireless headphones.
