Parent & Child Partner Aerial Yoga
This class is for parents want to spend some unique and exciting quality time with their child.
Build your bond and share this aerial yoga experience together!
This workshop will incorporate both individual and partner poses, including inversions, balancing and stretching.
Requirements:
* 1 parent & child per hammock.
* Appropriate for parents and kids ages 4 – 6.
No previous aerial yoga experience required.
